Overview

The programme objective is to improve productivity and profitability of farmers by contributing to the development of rural population in Alatona area in Niger zone.The specific objectives are to:

• Test and identify re-forestation and agroforestry technologies adapted to conditions of Kouroumary area and rural community needs.

• Develop strategies for high quality germplam production for Kouroumary area

• Production of training and dissemination material in French and Bambara for extension officers.
